Lot of explanations about what's really going on in your body and mind when you hit menopause. Parts I liked the best were sleeping as I still struggle from that. There are so many more steps I can put into place that will aide my sleep. Have tried about 5 of them so far to no avail and there's quite a few more I had not heard of prior to reading this book. There are refereneces at the end. So many other categories are listed also to help you get through it.
