Things I like best about this book are the straight forward approach to achieving your goals of being a leader. There are a lot of exercises the author wants you to take a moment to reassess how things are going always leading you into a forward motion.

Diversity and empathy are key goals also. I found a lot of useful information about branding and how to go about your daily goals to make sure you accomplish something towards your goal.
