Like this book because it's filled with so much information about anti inflammatory disease and how to take care of yourself. Not only with food but sleep and exercise. Love charts that are included and all the resources even those for specific issues.
 Each recipe has everything to you need to know about making it, time, how healthy it is and the list of ingredients. How to make the meal is easy and sometimes in one pot, less time cleaning utensils and pots and pans.There are no pictures of the meals but they are healthy with just the ingredients they are using.
So much added bonus material as well.
Book is one to keep handy.
