Like this book because of what it all contains. There is so much introductory material that is crucial to understand. It explains so much about osteo, muscle power, bone density, nutrition and 30 day and longer programs to get you going with just moving. The exercises start at the very end not only showing you how to do them but also explaining how to do them and what parts of the body they are good for.
There is also in an appendix a section on modification in case you are recovering it will lead you in the right directions.
References are also included at the end.
Great book to keep handy as you formulate your own exercise routines.
