Like this book because it puts table salt up against pink salt. All the differences and why each one has a certain purpose. Like understanding more aobut pink salt when it comes to nutrition. It can be used as an electrolyte and with minerals it can enhance foods. You don't need tons of it daily just a pinch will start the change you want in your body. Keep it simple and on a schedule, a routine of sorts.
So much propaganda on the subject from social media to tv celebrities. Just don't think I trust much on social media. There's a lot of AI out there and it can't all be trusted.
