The Amish Method Survival a 4 level resillence protocol for apartments by Aden Brown
What I enjoyed about this book was the ability to survive but doing what you are doing. It's a start with recycling and how you prepare food, shop and handle utilities.
This book will lead you to do the framework of setting up a system that you can rely on when times get hard or you lose electric for a few days or weeks.
Love the parts about food because we harvest our crops and store them in jars for the winter months. I know some preparedness skills from others where they store cans by wiring dates on top for when they need to be used. store new things in back and use from the front of the shelves.
I like how the book is laid out by levels. Appreciate the chore of figuring out how much space you really have that is useable for storing of foods and toiletries.
Under the back, tops of closets, etc. It's not livable space but is great for other storage. We use mylar bags already and we food save our foods in the freezer with dates on them already.
Lots of practical information in this book. 30 Day plan is included.
Great reference book to keep handy.
