This book is for nurses who are starting their first time at being a nurse. Love that there are so many cheat sheets for them to use, pocket notes, while they are encompassed with multiple patients, all needing something from them. There are notes on communication which I loved the best, how to talk to others and the patient. Saw very well trained nurses when my husband had a procedure done the other day at the hospital. Everyone that came to see him asked what procedure he was having done so they all knew they were on the same page. There were no messes or lack of communication from start to finish. They gave him a folder of all the notes and what to do once he arrived home although they also spoke the whole thing to us waiting for him.
Love also that the book covered medications, what to use, how to access a situation and what to do about it. This book covers everything a nurse would need to know and do about any situation that came up.
Notes can be kept in their pocket to make sure they are on track at all times.
Love the facts in this book and how easy it is for them to take care of us.
