Herbs and Spices: Natural Health Benefits by Anil Jaya
Love this book because with the way we eat now-no salt we rely on spices at every meal.
What I liked about this book is it lists many aspects of the spice we hadn't realized.
Each spice is broken up into sections: summary of what the spice is, cultivating the spice, nutrient and medical value also with how to use it in foods and what it will go best with.
Easy to look up a spice as they are alphabetically arranged. Not sure why a different author name is listed.
A KEEPER!

Riddles: For Kids & Family (Riddles For Kids, Books For Kids
What I like about this book is the answers are also available at the click of your finger-you don't have to go to the very back of the book for them.
Broken up into easy, medium or hard riddles. Some of them are so obvious but they are not.
Great for kids and adults alike.

30 Delicious Dump Cake Recipes
Book starts out with why it's called a dump cake and what to expect. Also a lot of substitutions if you are on a healthier diet plan.
Found one recipe that I thought we might be able to make-gran apple cake.
Each recipe has servings, list of ingredients-that include a packaged cake mix and usually a fruit or berry in a can with its syrup along with a large amount of butter.
Directions are listed, numbered step by step. Gives suggestion how to serve it.
Also variations if possible are listed. No nutritional information and no pictures.
