As a culinary art, bread making allows a lot of room for creativity. It’s a completely new world, and a big one. You can bake a new loaf every day for a year and make no two loaves exactly the same. On the other hand, you can select five favorite bread recipes and bring them to perfection. The only thing I have to warn you about — this hobby is rather addictive. It’s really incredible watching water and flour turn into the miracle of homemade bread. And even more incredible is knowing that the creator of this miracle is no one but you. The bread machine is just a modest assistant, a crafty, automated helper.
Anyone can bake bread if their kitchen is big enough to accommodate a bread machine. As for advice and tips — everything a novice baker would need is in this Bread Recipe Book.
This bread cookbook is here to prove that baking your own homemade bread can be really very simple. All you need is a good recipe, enough fresh ingredients, and some tips on making the dough. With our bread machine recipes and recommendations, you can cook your own homemade classic wheat bread, cornbread, bran bread, sweet bread, and many other varieties of bread with various additives and seasonings!
If you have thought that bread is just a supplement to the main dish, let the author prove to you the opposite. Take some everyday ingredients — flour, yeast, eggs, and water — and create a miracle in your own kitchen. The bread can be so tasty that you won’t want anything with it.

Homemade bread will thrill both adults and children.

We wish you good luck, success, and a lot of a great time with the homemade bread that you and your bread machine can make!

MY REVIEW:

Bread Machine Cookbook: Bread Machine Recipes for Baking Perfect Homemade Bread with Different Flavors and Ingredients by Linda Gilmore
Book starts out with beautiful photographs and a table of contents where recipes are broken up into: everyday, spice,  meat and vegetable, and sweet breads.
Starts with an intro where the author talks about why she created this book for us.
Each recipe starts with a title, summary of the item and a medium to large size color photo.
Total time, yield and servings are included along with settings you should use on your bread machine-so useful information right from the start!
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low sugar, low fat products. Also the measurements are NOT only given in American terms but some recipes also include UK terms.
Instructions are given and there is nutritional information per serving:
calories, total fat, sat. fat, cholesterol, sodium, total carbs, dietary fiber , total sugars and protein.
The author has done ALL the work with the information provided you just have to combine the ingredients and let the machine do the work for you.
There is NO guessing, everything you would need is listed here.
Found the citrus recipes a bit of a change, that and the meat recipes. Had never even thought about those combinations.
From the very start I want to make the corn bread-there are other recipes name corn bread as well. I've yet to find a perfect one for us and have tried about 10 so far.
This could be the one! Love the tips along the way-read the whole recipe before you start.
Love the pictures showing the bread right out of the machine-so cool!
Can't wait to try the zucchini bread as it's very similar to the one I use and a citrus bread!
Useful tool section is also included at the end: tells you why you should use them.
About the author is also included along with other books to read.
Recipe index is also attached.
So much to these recipes and all use same format making it easy to spot something you are looking for quickly.
Some basic and everyday breads along with special occasion bread recipes. what a find!
A KEEPER because it contains all the important information you need to just make and eat the breads.
Received this review copy from the author and this is my honest opinion.
