No serving size listed, looks to be just for one person.
Some recipe have color photos for the drinks, some do not.
Good flavor combinations but a bit over the top for me. Like things we buy in season and like.

This book to me is a bit over the top, things you don't really need to worry about, use utensils you have, don't overdo it.
Very fancy names of dishes, something i'd serve to company, not family as it takes time to do the right presentations.
Lots of fancy french names and English ones if available.  Recipes near the back of the book do not have color photos.
Index is included.

Tips are included along the way.
The way the recipes are presented to me would make them perfect for a family get together-too fancy for just a regular day at home.
Acknowledgements, index of recipes and conversion tables finish this book.
