This book starts out with offer of free ebooks, about the author and short intro about the book. Table of contents where recipes are listed in no particular order.
Common abbreviations are charted. 
Each recipe starts with a title.  List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Some recipes have a LOT of ingredients, be sure you have them all.
Directions are given, servings, prep cook and total times are listed.
Some nutritional information is included based on 2k calorie diet: calories, fat, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium.
There are NO pictures. Hope to try a few recipes this upcoming weekend after we locate all the items we need. How to contact the author, links to her web sites are listed at the back.

This book starts with TOC where recipes are listed in meals and food groups.
Introduction talks about dash diet and benefits. Servings and food list are also included. Each recipe starts with a title and some have a medium size color photo.
Prep and cook times are included and servings.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and included some nutrition info: calories, fat, NOT broken up into good or bad, sugar, protein, sodium and carbs.
Not sure why they are using canned items. they need to be fresh vegetables.
Deceiving that the start of every chapter has color photos for first recipe. None after that.
Recipes do NOT always start of a new page.  Book also includes 28 days healthy dash diet meal plans. Conclusion ends this book.
Not really impressed because they used canned tomatoes, even low salt, how bout no salt, fresh from the vine or the grocery store? 
There is also a lot of recipes with butter, there's a lot of salt in them as well.

This book starts out with full page colorful pages, NOTHING to do with recipes, more about Brazil.
TOC where recipes are not in any specific order.
Each recipe starts with a title and to far right corner is prep and cook times, servings and some nutritional information: calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbs and protein.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures of the recipes.
Some of the recipe titles are in foreign terms and are translated to English.
Some soup recipes have over 20 ingredients, be sure to have them all.
Like seafood recipes especially.






Meal Replacement Smoothies for Weight Loss by Jennifer Lee
Book starts out with table of contents where chapters are broken up into calorie counts.
Intro talks about smoothies in the boo and that they have more nutrients than ones you buy in the store.
Talks about meal replacement plan and how to use the book. Each recipe starts with a title and calories per recipe.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information, also uses canned items.
Sounds like high sodium, sugar diet from the ingredients I'm seeing. If that is the case you will need vitamins and other minerals you won't be getting.
