There are NO pictures, NO nutritional information.
Some recipes have a lot of ingredients, be sure to have them all first before you start cooking.
Several chicken soup and I like the idea of putting in broccoli.
Found some recipes for my lentils and chickpeas, gotta be a nice smelling nourishing meal.
Bonus recipes at the end, all smoothies.  Lots of good choices in this book.

Directions are given and some nutritional information, not sure of size portion: calories, fat, fiber, carbs, protein.
Recipes do NOT always starts at the top of a new page.
Don't understand why some recipes have nutritional information per serving: calories, total fat, sat. fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbs, fiber and protein.
It's a whole different format and source of information.  Why not make all the recipes have all this information?
Another recipe shows information: calories, per serving, protein, carbs, and fat.
To me this is just a collection of others recipes combined.

Some recipes call for a large amount of ingredients, be sure to have them.
Didn't know Starbucks uses the instant pot to make bacon egg bites and some low fat products.
Quite the variety of foods, yum.

Like the simple PB and chocolate balls quick snack to grab on the go.
21 day meal plan is also included at the end. Nothing really stands out to me, especially with no pictures.
