365 Days of Delicious and Healthy Smoothies: 365 Smoothie Recipes To Last You For A Year (Cleansing Smoothie and Juice Recipes Book 1) Kindle Edition by Jennifer Lee 
This book starts with a TOC and recipe index where recipes are listed in alphabetical order.
Introduction has info about what makes a great smoothies and why the smoothie is even a thing.  The different components of making one are discussed.
Each recipe has a title and servings.
 List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures, NO nutritional information.
I do like the flavor combinations of fresh fruits and I'd be choosing low fat, low sodium variations of what's called for.

Nutrition: Understanding The Basics: Nutrition 101, Healthy Eating and Weight Loss - Lose Weight and Feel Great! by Nicholas Bjorn
This book starts with a table of contents of chapters that are important aspects to keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Short intro about the book and ebook offer. Basics are discussed, reading labels and exercising are most important parts of this book for me.
Three are so many other aspects that need a reading through to get the idea of what's going on with your body.
Other works by the author are listed at the end. There is SO much information in here, you really need to read it through and adapt it to your lifestyle.







Vegetarian Keto Diet For Beginners: A Detailed Cookbook with Delicious Recipes to Lose Weight Naturally with Tasty Seasonal Dishes and the Complete Guide to Always Stay Fit by Rihanna Smith
This starts with a TOC where recipes are broken up into meals.
Intro talks about the keto diet and what it is made up of, foods you can eat and those you should avoid.
There is a one month meal planner included in chart format to get you started.
Each recipe starts with a title, small pictures for some recipes, prep, cook times and servings.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and nutritional information: calories, fat, fiber, carbs, protein are given.
Some recipes call for a LOT Of ingredients, be sure to have them all before you start.
I do not think i could start this diet and only have 20 grams of carbs for the day. I know my diseases and they need certain foods every day. I’ll check with my doctor this week.

Can't wait to try to a few of these recipes. I do use ginger, just not very often and usually only in baking desserts.
