Some recipes have a lot of ingredients be sure to have them all. Use fresh rather than canned items, get rid of the sodium that way.
Directions are given and there is some nutritional information per serving: calories, fat, sat fat, carbs, fiber, sugars and protein.
Recipes do not always start at the top of a new page.
Lots of herbs and spices mixed with fresh vegetables, that's the way to go.
Can't wait to try a few new combinations in our meals. Meal plans are included at the back. Food units conversion charts and conclusion end this book.
