Easy Blueberry Cookbook: 50 Delicious Blueberry Recipes; Simple Techniques for Cooking with Blueberries by BookSumo Press
Love blueberries I pick them during the season and put them in freezer. The whole bottom of my freezer is still packed with them.
Use them every chance I can: muffins, pancakes, waffles, etc.
About the author, intro and toc where recipes are listed by name and common measurement abbreviations chart.
Like spread for first recipe and wonder if I can use it for jam. Each recipe starts with a title, list of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given, servings, prep, cook and total time. Nutritional information based on 2000 calorie diet: calories, fat, carbs, protein, cholesterol, and sodium.
There are so many variations of ones I have made in the past and always searching for new ones to replace ones I use.
This book has a bunch of new ones: turnovers, like thickening agent also.
A KEEPER for me so I can try them all out.
