Feb 1 Book Review: The Ultimate Instant Pot Desserts Cookbook: Easy Recipes for Cakes, Pies, and Decadent Breakfast Treats by Janet Zimmerman

The Ultimate Instant Pot Desserts Cookbook: Easy Recipes for Cakes, Pies, and Decadent Breakfast Treats by Janet Zimmerman
This book starts with a note from the publisher and table of contents where chapters are broken up into different dessert types.
Lots of full page color photos of the process of making desserts.
Short intro about the instant pot and desserts. Benefits of making desserts in the instant pot and techniques and understanding your instant pot.
Extra material includes stocking your pantry, etc.
Each recipe starts with a title, servings, prep plus cooling time, time in pressure cooker and release and total time.
Also note side tag stating other factors about product: nut free, dairy free, gluten, 5 ingredient, quick, etc.
Brief summary of the item and other notes.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given that are easy to follow.
No nutritional information and some photos of recipes are in the book, but not titled as to which one.
Besides breakfast items there are also cakes, pies and fruit desserts, custards and puddings.
What I like about this book is the variety of recipes using everyday items you have on the shelf.
Measurement conversion charts are available at the back of the book.
Index, acknowledgements and about the author are also listed.
A KEEPER
I received this review copy from The Callisto Publisher's Club and this is my honest opinion.
