Benefits of the diet plan and what to avoid are just a very small portion of this book.
It's not only a diet plan but tells you how to live your life: more water, better sleep, etc.
My interest in this book are the recipes but do be sure to read through intro chapters.

Meal plans are included. Recipes could be a LOT more healthier in my opinion.
Conclusion and free ebook offer end this book.

Lot more intro material, be sure to read it through, such helpful information.
Each recipe starts with a title, prep and cook times and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures.

Recipes do NOT always start at the top fo a new page.
What throws me off besides different authors name is that they used canned sodium filled items.  keep it simple, fresh works better for this diet plan.
Measurements are different throughout also leading me to believe they gathered a lot of recipes from many sources and take credit for their own cookbook?
Dessert recipes all have a color photo also, none other though.
NOT impressed.
