Love breaded cod sticks they are about the healthier recipe, i'd use low fat milk and egg whites.
Meal plans are included and conversion tables at the end.
A KEEPER because it has a lot of intro material, it has Pictures and it has some nutritional information, NO guessing as the healthiness of the recipe.

Recipes for the food are not written out as a recipe you're familiar with. It just gives you a title, take an item, how to slice and how to serve.

Recipes are hard to read with dark background they start with a title and list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given. There are pictures on the same page but NO nutritional information.
Picture perfect when completed, they look too good to eat. Like vegetable and chocolate ones.

Have read many books and understand the concept of fasting. I do it on 12 to 12 cycle nothing after 6pm til 6am the next day but water.
Intro talks about history and success of the lifestyle change for women over 50.
You just have to figure out the plan that will work for you and try it out.
Benefits of fasting are discussed.

Recipes for dessert type recipes seem to come from a different source as they do include pictures and nutritional information is not same as prior recipes.
Healthy meal plan is included at the very end. I didn’t find the recipes that healthy. I'd be substituting for low fat, low sugar and low sodium.

Some recipes don't list how much of an ingredient to use. There are NO pictures and NO nutritional information. Sounds like a great idea if you are camping outside but on a workday things are hectic already.
Some recipes have  a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all.

Nothing to write home about, some good food choices.

List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is some nutritional information: calories, fat, carbs, protein, cholesterol, sodium and potassium.
Some recipes have a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all.
Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.
I'd be using fresh vegetables, low fat low sugar and low sodium products.
Meal plan is included at the very end along with diet restrictions.
To me the recipes could take into consideration the low fat, low sodium and low sugar content and adjust to using them.

This cookbook starts out with table of contents where recipes are listed. There are hand drawn sketches throughout the book of kitchen items.
Each recipe starts with a title. To far right hand corner sometimes in lighter shade is prep and total time. Servings and some nutritional information: calories fat, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium.
Main part of the page is a list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given. There are NO pictures for individual recipes.
There are full page color photos of not only peaches but grapes, papayas and pomegranates to name a few.
I remember one year a hurricane was heading out way and we had to pick the peaches a bit earlier than normal, some had fallen off the trees, but we were able to preserve them so we could enjoy them during winter months. Had a shelf on underside of staircase heading to first floor from the basement.
Like sounds of meringue pie but all you do is top with peaches. Should be able to infuse some flavor in with egg whites. Time to experiment for me.
Sweet potatoes with peaches, cool idea! So many flavorful recipes using peaches in this book, all kinds of meals.
Simple muffins even sound tempting, you should be able to use any fruit.
Simple things like peach bread and cobbler
