Directions are given and some nutritional information: calories, fat, carbs, fiber, sugar and protein per serving.
There are no pictures but first one in each chapter contains a medium size color photo.
Nutritional information is not the same throughout, like from different sources.
Lots of everyday meals to cook in cast iron fry pans, even a children's section.
30 day meal plan is included and conversion tables.  Recipe index is listed at the end.
