Rewiring Tinnitus: How I Finally Found Relief From the Ringing in My Ears by Glenn Schweitzer
What I liked about this book was learning the author had been diagnoses with same disease I was. Then again my neurologist said without a video of what happens she couldn't help me and that I might not have Meniere’s.
Like the things especially the decibels of items we hear daily and the techniques you can use to not only live with tinnitus but  other therapies.
I have tried the food ones and they really seem to help me, no more dizzy spells for 11 months now.
Helpful info about brainwaves and the 5 different types along with info about workings of the ear parts.
Love learning new things all the time.

Organize Your Life: Skills You Need to Conquer the Areas of Chaos in Your Life by Helen Ward Day
Very helpful book about how to organize every part of your life. Like the parts about each specific room and how to make a parking place for every item you have displayed in them.
Even has hints for workplace, which I don't have. Has a sheet at the back where you list the goal and what reward you will get when completed. What motivation!
