Intro talks about herbs and what to be careful of and how to use them.
Each chapter starts with a different country and it's herbs. Each herb  is listed and have section for benefits and how to use. Didn't realize that each counry would have so many different herbs than the US. thought they'd grow anywhere.
Interesting book.

Introduction discusses  water and how it doesn’t have to be boring along with benefits of infused water and what it means.
Which foods to avoid and which to include is also listed.
Each recipe starts with a title and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is no nutritional information, ingredients look very healthy, fresh fruits.
There are NO pictures, NO nutritional information and recipes don't always start at the top of a new page.
Love flavor combinations. Conclusion and other works by the author are highlighted at the end along with asking for a review.

bite size apple pies look awesome and will take time to make, prepare ahead of time.
Chocolate covered pretzels I’d use dark chocolate to make it a bit more healthy and low sodium pretzels.

Lots of flavorful combinations of ingredients, like vegetable ones, hadn't thought about squash toppings.
Some recipes have a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all first.

Directions are given. It also contains how to cook the meal once  you have sent it to a friend or keep for yourself.
Like the idea of the vacuum seal as we use it very often to make foods last a bit longer in the deep freezer.
Most of the products are freeze dried and others are in powder type format, NOTHING is super fresh like eggs or milk.
I think you should be able to use fresh ingredients and cook it right away for a meal, otherwise dry is the way to go for these recipes.
There are some recipes at the very back of the book that do contain nutritional information: calories, fat, trans fat, total fat, cholesterol, protein, sodium, fiber, carbs and sugar.
Not sure why all the recipes don't contain nutritional information.
