Very detailed instructions, tell you what you will need and how to do them.
Lots of hints on how to freezer certain foods and best method to use.
Water bath method includes recipes. The recipe starts with a title, prep cook times and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures, NO nutritional information.
Pressure cooker methods has recipes for soups and the like to preserve.
Conversion tables are listed at the end. 
Great resource book, it has everything you need to know about presrving and so many different methods along with recipes.
