Each recipe starts with a title and to far right is a section: prep and total time, servings and nutritional information: calories, fat, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there are no individual recipe photos. There are many full page photos of food and sketches.  Lots of variety from a lot of diferent countries.

Lot of intro about Med diet and what it includes along with picture of pyramid to guide you.

Recipes do NOT start at the top of a new page. There are NO pictures.
Format for nutritional information changes from less items and then bulleted list of only 4 items.
Abbreviations are not uniform throughout either. Makes me think the author collected a lot of recipes from many sources...
28 day meal plan is included at the end.
Not very impressed with this as it uses packaged products and canned items with more sodium in them.
