Book starts with Intro  with some pictures of what makes up Indian foods.
TOC where recipes are listed in meals and food groups.
More intro about the food and about India itself.
Each recipe starts with a title in English and India.
Prep cook times, some nutritional information per servings: calories, fat, protein and fiber. Summary of the dish.
 List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions and some have a  color photograph are included.
Lots of choices in each category.  Like the combination of all the spices.
Other works by the author are highlighted at the end.
