Each meal plan lists the meals along with 2 snacks, calories:, protein, carbs, fiber, fat, and sodium
 Some notes have you prepare the meal the night before.
Each recipe starts with a title and List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some have a lot of ingredients be sure to have them all, some also use canned items. I’d use fresh.

There are NO pictures. Nutritional information on serving size specified: calories, fat, fiber, carbs, protein, folate, cholesterol, sugars, added sugars, vit A, C, calcium, iron, sodium and potassium.
Recipes do NOT always start at the top fo a new page.
Think I'd rather have recipes for meals put together, all breakfast together, all lunch together, etc. 
Lot to choose from.
Tips on what else you need to do includes drinking water, a lot of it, having eggs for breakfast, sleep, exercise, and so much more is discussed.
Lots of good ideas, not sure 1200 calories is the answer, talk to your doctor.
