Intro discusses how to make bread at home. Each recipe starts with a title and prep, bake and total time, servings and how many loaves-for bread.
Nutritional info: fat, protein, carbs, calories.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some recipe have a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all first.
Directions are given. There are NO pictures. Great collection of cookie recipes.

There are NO pictures.  lots of choices.

starts with table of contents where recipes are broken up into meals and food categories.
Into talks about pressure cooker itself, why to use it, parts of the unit, buttons and problems you may run into, cleaning, converting slow cooker recipes and more.
Each chapter starts with a title  and  index of recipes in that section.
Each recipe starts with a title, servings, time and summary of the dish.
List of ingredients are included and directions.
Nutritional information is included, not by calories but sometimes 1/2 recipe that includes total calories, protein, carbs, fat-NOT broken into good or bad, and fiber.
There are NO pictures.
Because there are only 5 ingredients some of the recipes call for prepared or packaged foods.
End includes list of healthy pantry staples, chart showing electric pressure cook and stove top cookers for various foods.
 Lot of recipes but I'd rather go the extra to make them healthy by using fresh and not canned items, too much sodium for our diet.
Conclusion and listing of healthy pantry staples, time charts for electric pressure and stove top cookers.
