Italian American Recipes Copycat Cookbook (Copycat Cookbooks) by Andrew Roberts
Recipes inspired by Maggiano's Little Italy Restaurant, we have never seen this brand before, gonna be interesting to learn about it through the recipes.

List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some items might be hard to locate at a regular local grocery store.
Directions are given. There are NO pictures, NO nutritional information.
Some recipes call for a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all first.
Minestrone would be my favorite to try, just yum with all the fresh vegetables.
ziti, lasagna, marinara so good to taste in the air when you are making them.

There are NO pictures. So many recipes to choose from. something for everybody.
Gonna keep this one around and try several recipes.

There are NO pictures.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given. Some use a lot of canned items and opt for less sodium version to make it more healthier.
