The new models today I know you can preserve with as I've done it. This appears to be an older cookbook.
More prep discussion, the recipe, the food itself, test run and errors and how to fix them when using PC is also included.
Other chapters discuss certain vegetables that you can preserve and how it's done. Like section on making your own stock. We've done this many times and comes out perfect for long winter months. Safety lessons when it comes to meats are included.
Disease and illnesses are also discussed and how to take care of the PC.
References are included but I felt this was for older models of pressure cookers.
