Book Review: Road to Freedom (The Redemption of Green Pines Book 4)

Road to Freedom (The Redemption of Green Pines Book 4)   by Cheri Swalwell
Book starts out with praise for previous book and quotes from the Bible.
List of characters and how they are all related is a huge help, even if you are reading this series for the first time.
Love finding out the revelance of people's names, so cool!
From the first chapters I'm seeing first hand how her family treats her once she gets back home. They turn her into a slave, she has to abide by her fathers rules and nobody is even nice to her...
Over time she is able to share with others the turmoil she goes through and she gets help from many others to guide her in how to follow Christ the correct way, not the way she's been taught for 20 years.
She is put in touch with many and especially Holly who mentors her throughut her questions over time.
Love also how she was relucatant to bring Zane into her church then she had to go visit his. They are both so different from one another and teachings are as well.
Glad she stuck it out and that starts her thinking about how she was taught.
Community gets together at parties and other fund raisers and everybody knows one another.
Love being caught up on past events that occured and how they will play a part in future books in this series.
Love how Wynn is taught to talk to God and keep notes. Love when the kids are all around. Such memories for them all.
Had a lot of emotions with this book, was mad at men for how they treated women, not like it was God's fault but Wynn learns how to change things for the better.
Received this review copy from the author and this is my honest opinion.
