This is a great first bread book as so many things are explained as you go through the steps. Pumpkin items sound great for this time of year as they are becoming ripe in the garden.
Bit lacking but in other sense it has everything you need to get started. NOT as informative as others i've read but has the steps you need for a great product.
Ends with about the author and their other works are highlighted at the end. One blog link goes to the site but recipes from 2014. bit outdated?

Mediterranean Diet cookbook for Beginners: 1200 Quick & Easy Recipes with Tips & Tricks to Change your Eating Lifestyle | 30-Days Meal Plan Included | by Jessica Marciante

Intro about the diet lifestyle along with 30 day meal plans along with 3 meals and total calories.
Each recipe starts with a title, prep and  cook time and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is some nutritional information per serving: calories, fat, protein, carbs, fiber and sodium.
There are NO pictures and recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.
Some recipes contain other nutritional information, looks like whole format of these is from a different source.
I think having this amount of recipes in a book you collect the recipes from many other sources, it's not always on target for the diet and lifestyle.
Beans, why would you use them from a can when they contain so MUCH sodium? soak them overnight and cook the next day. Same with can of tomatoes, dice them fresh, NOT from a sodium filled can.
Appendix includes conversion tables, dirty dozen chart along with clean 15.  Alphabetical index of recipes are also included.
Author requests a review at the end. Don't care for deep fyring items either, NOT allowed in this diet.
