This book starts out with offer of free book. TOC has listings of recipes, not in any specific order.
What I like is that these are everyday condiments that cost a bit of money at the store. You can control the sodium and sugars also.
Each recipe starts with a title, medium size color photo and  List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and they tell you how to store the item. There is NO nutritional information.
Can't wait to try a few salad dressings.

List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some contain a LOT of items, be sure to have them all first.
Directions are included. There are NO pictures and NO nutritional information.
There are many methods used to cook the items..
They do well with ingredients that are healthy til you have to use canned tomatoes, why not fresh?

Directions are given and some nutritional information: calories, fat, carbs, protein.
There are only pictures at the start of a new chapter. Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.
Love combination of herbs and spices to make savory breads, Some recipes call for a LOT of items, be sure to have them all first.
Great resource book to keep handy.
