Each recipe stars with a title and medium size color photo. summary of the dish, servings, time to make
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some contain a lot of items, be sure to have them all.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information.

Instant Pot Cookbook for Beginners: Quick and Healthy Recipes for Beginners and Advanced Users by Claire Cook
Starts with TOC where recipes are listed as food groups. and meals.
Intro is about the cookbook for beginners and has full page color photos. Each chapter has a listing of recipes that are included.
Each recipe starts with a title in shaded area. In another shaded area  are cook time and servings.
In another shaded area is a summary of the dish.
In another shaded area is nutritional information: calories fat,  total carbs and protein.
In main part of the page is a List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
 In another area are the directions.
There are NO pictures of recipes. Some also have shaded area with cooking tips.
Some shaded areas are hard to read when background is dark and they are using black lettering. 
Lots of choices to select from.

Some contain a LOT of items, be sure to have them all.
Love flavor combinations but would be using fresh not canned items.
Listing of main ingredients used and their benefits are summarized at the end. Great resource book.

This book starts with introduction where the author explains chronic inflammation and how to avoid it by the foods you eat and other sources.
Lots of ideas on how to improve focusing on certain places.  Explains a lot about the diet plan itself, how to start and maintain it.
good resource book with references.
Each recipe, NOT always at the top of a new page starts with a title, prep and cook time, servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
ingredients are listed in chart format showing the item and how much. Directions are given and there are NO pictures and NO nutritional information.
Some contain a LOT of items, be sure to have them all first.
