Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page. Each recipe starts with a title, prep and total time, cook times, servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some contain a LOT of items, be sure to have them all  first.
Directions are given. There is NO nutritional information and NO pictures.
Few recipes I will be making as I know the ingredients are healthy for us also.

Quite a few recipes I want to try very soon, will take pictures once they are done.
Some recipes use UK measurements, before to convert the whole recipe before you start cooking.
