The H2O Diet: How to Eat, Exercise, Drink and Dream by Jeannette Murueta Gene Coates
Starts with TOC where chapters are broken up into important sections to make this lifestyle work for you.
Lot of introduction material about what water can really do for your body.
Chapters focus on metabolism and step by step process of digesting your food.
Explains when to drink water and why. Explains when to exercise also to really benefit and burn fat you have stored.
History of water is also discussed and spiritual happiness. Especially like the sections on strength training, exercises to do and how it benefits you getting osteo, bone loss, etc.
Very scientific information but told in a way you can understand it.
Bibliography is also included at the end.
Great resource book to keep handy.

TOC where recipes are listed as meals and food categories.
Each recipe starts with a title, servings, time to cook.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information and NO pictures.
Recipes do NOT always starts at the top of a new page.
Some use prepackaged mixes.

List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given.  There are NO pictures.
Does NOT come with main pizza dough recipe that is required for all recipes.

Certain smoothie to target certain areas that are troubling you. Pictures throughout the book.
Each recipe has a picture, title, total time to make, servings.
Summary of the dish and list of ingredients.
Have to use a blender in most cases and directions are included.
Nutritional information per serving is included: calories, fat, sat fat, protein, sodium, carbs, sugars, added sugars and fiber.
 There are also little tips in colored squares throughout the book.
Some of pages are hard to read as they have colored backgrounds.
Great reference book for ingredients to use.
