Love this book as a lot of it relates to me. I have the disease he mentions and I do get vertigo. It's a nightmare when they occur and he explains how to get over them and how to still be able to exercise.
What I love is that the book is easy and simple to understand. There are links to videos that show you how to do the exercises. There are simple beginner lessons, advanced and also challenges that go further.
There's a lot that comes into play when you're a senior, one over 65. The science is explained in detail along with pictures.
Everything in your daily life plays a role in balance: disorders, diseases, strokes, arthritis, cardio issues, medications, dehydration, nutrtion, not being active. The book has so many more listed and also solutions on how to fix all that.
The problems go on: right shoes, lighting at home, rugs, clutter, etc that also need attention.
Love the exercises themselves, easy even with weights and resistance bands to promote muscle and bone strength. Love the energy these give me after doing them. No more naps for me.
Set your goals for daily routines, seasonal balance challenges with solutions.
References are also included at the end along with about the author.
