Interesting entertaining book all about sleep and how to achieve the best possible one every night. Love how the author takes the whole thing on explaining what is really happening with the rhythms in our body, what sets them off so they don't right anymore.   Between drugs we take, exercises we do,  diet and so much more it takes more effort to get it just right.  CBT section I found interesting and got to understand it a little bit better after reading all about it and how it works.
Love all the suggestions to try that I had not heard about prior to reading this book.
The section on what foods to avoid and what time of the night are very helpful. There is also a list of what food that is acceptable that will help you sleep better and longer is also available.
Great book to keep handy.
Lots of references listed throughout the book and they are explained in further detail at the end of the book.
