This book starts out with an introduction that starts with all about the Mediterranean diet, what it includes and how to achieve it. Other chapters in this introduction section also discuss the foods to prepare, the utensils you need and other important information.
Recipes start with a color photo, a title and cook time, servings and a list of very short natural ingredients. It explains how to prepare the dish and also has nutritional information at the end. The dishes are broken up by meals.
The book ends with a bonus of a 28 daily meal plan and references are listed at the end.
