Stay strong this balance and strength exercising written by the author who is a Doctor is very straightforward. Explains about the techniques that you should be doing on a daily basis. Shows how to do them with pictures in the book and explanation of words that tell you how to do them. There are also clickable links to purchase for yourself some aids that will help but not necessary.  The book starts out with basic exercises. There is another section for advanced series of exercises.

 At the very end of the book there are holistic strategies that would improve your balance and strength exercising as you age as a senior. There are also sections about food, anti-inflammatory foods you should be eating, sleep and of course exercises and so much more. This is definitely a book to keep handy and use every day .  Chart your status and see how much you improve over a week's time or longer time. It will be well worth it.
