Say This, Not That: The Couple's Playbook for Healthier Communication & Unbreakable Connection by Alden Pierce 

This book concentrates on communication among couples and others relationships. I love the ending chapters about digital and social media especially text cause you can't tell the tone of the message being sent.

There are also chapters that challenge you to try different things: rearrange words you want to say; stop and listen before you speak. Also a section on triggers and cues from what the person is doing with their arms and facial expressions.

There's also a non verbal section I found interesting. With practice this book can solve a lot of problems people are having. There are references listed at the end of the book.
