This book I found very useful, so much information about things to consider.
We had thought of buying land in KY and know nothing of what to look out for but know a lot more after reading this book.
Like the ideas for gardening and the different methods of doing so. Not only that but also how to preserve what you grow and how to do different harvests during the year. Love the companion gardening and three sisters. Author has done their homework.
So much on the construction side of what to expect, permits, insurance and building codes in the location.
Love the pictures that are also included.
