7 Simple Steps to Keep Moving and Stay Active After 60 : A No-Stress Guide to Moving Better, Feeling Younger, and Loving Life Again by Ottie Oz
Like this book for the new exercises that I plan to incorporate into my regular regimen.  There is a bit of introductory material telling you how to use the book as a guide in your goals. There are pages where you can make your own goals and to take things a bit at a time. There are sections about 7 different parts of your bodies that really need attention now that you are older and how to achieve that.
Love the pictured  poses of the exercise being done and how to do them. They start out very easy and can be done while watching tv or listening to a book. As you progress your goals should also do the same, using more difficult movements.  At 70 we are still doing strength exercises, walk 3 miles a day and so much more with stretching and cooling down. Even sections on nutrition and there are many charts throughout that show your age level and how many of each you should be doing. Don't want to overdo things ether.
References are included at the end.
Great book to keep handy.
