Starts with what to expect from this book.  Discusses the 4 daily pillars: movement, sleep, stress resilience and daily tracking.
Each of these components are explained more in detail with a daily plan. Love kitchen setup and how to get rid of things that you won't be using anymore. There are a lot of medical terms that I am unfamiliar with but they are explained.  The chapters are in an outline format with bullet points. Lots of different parts of your body are important and this book covers them all.  Love the journal writing to keep track of your progress.  Love the appendixes at the back of the book the most, what to eat, things to avoid love the section on herbs and spices and what to watch out for.  References are listed at the back of the book by category.
Great book to keep handy.
