The girls decorate it in girlie girl things, glitter, hanging lights, etc. She tries to understand when she is so tired. She wants to please everybody, goes shopping with her mom, then she help sher friend redo her treehouse and then home for a nap but she missed the pizza party at her other friends house. Her mom explains you have to say no to some things because they will all together one day make you too tired. Then homework assignment is finally done but jelly is spilled over it. She's so afraid the teacher won't accept it and will fail her. she walks with her girl friends and they talk to the teacher.
Growth spurts is the next and she's ashamed none of her clothes fit any more. Her friends understand as they've been through it also. Love this series because of the problems and the solutions they come up with.
