The Warrior’s Vow by Charlee James
Book starts out with traveling nurse Jane and she's in a foreign country trying to save the girls from harm. She has to do some things she's not proud of to keep them safe. She is then rescued by a man who claims he's with the SEAL's and she falls into his arms. What I love best about this is the bravery she shows when she helps the girls to safety and how he, Sully shares oxygen with her under water to keep them alive til they reach the boat.
So honest with one another but not telling everything. She's able to access his wounds and know he's in grave danger. Back at the hospital she tends to him in ICU. His family shows up to visit and things get worse when they are about to leae for lunch. He's in worse shape now, somebody took him off life support ant alerts to the nurses station.
They do find out in time but it's a long journey back to health. Love how she gives up her career to take care of him, not that she was so keen to return to it.
Love hearing about the others who help them through bad times as I am familiar with them from previous works but it won't leave you in the dark if you've not them yet. Each holds their own story and so special to the series.
Love reading this author and can't wait for more of her works.
Received this review copy from Tule Publishing via BookFunnel  and this is my honest opinion.
