The Mediterranean Seafood Cookbook: Mediterranean Seafood Recipes for Healthy Living (Mediterranean Diet Cookbook)
Accidentally clicked on wrong button and now I own this book. We do eat Mediterranean but this cookbook is a bit off my mark.
Table of contents where recipes are broken up into meals.
large majority of the book concentrates on what the diet plan is and how to stay on it. pictures of what foods to eat and which are best for you.
Lots of charts also. I have a lot of spices but not the ones listed in some of these recipes.
Each recipe starts with a title and servings and what type of meal it is: Meat or vegetarian, etc.
List of ingredients is included and there are some that have a LOT of ingredients.
There are NO pictures and NO nutritional information.
Because of the types of fish they have recipes for we do not have these types where I live and would cost a lot of money to get at the store.
Lots of recipes for food I'd never eat: octopus, squid etc.
Ends with endnote from the author.
