Instant Pot Cookbook: 850+ Quick,Delicious and Easy Recipes for Beginners and Advanced Users with 1000-Day Meal Plan:Family-Favorite Meals You Can Make for under $10 by Thomas Oliver
I do not like that the measurement use different abbreviations throughout the book, like the recipes are from a different source.
Nutritional information, not based on a certain calorie intake, nor is every recipe based on same info: some have calories, fat, protein, some others have sugars, carbs, etc.
Recipes do NOT start at the top of a new page.
Recipes themselves start with a title, prep and cook times and servings.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and some include nutritional information, NOT consistent throughout.
There are so many recipes you should be able to find a few to make with your own ingredients to make them healthy per your dietary needs.
NO pictures of recipes.

There are a lot of recipes here in each category.  Some recipes include UK measurements as well.
NO consistency with measurements, sometimes tablespoon is spelled out, sometimes it's abbreviated in 3 dif ways.
Be careful as the recipes are not the same, read through them first, measurements are not consistent and neither is nutritional information.
I'm VERY leery about this book.
