THE COMPLETE LEAN AND GREEN COOKBOOK FOR BEGINNERS 2021: 3 Books in 1 with 200 Recipes to Losing Weight Rapidly, Resetting Metabolism and Improving Your Well-Being by Theresa Bowerman
TOC where recipes are broken up into meal categories.
Intro material talks about benefits, what to eat and avoid and much more.
Each recipe starts with a title, prep and cook times and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is some nutritional information: calories, fat, carbs and protein.
Not all recipes list same nutritional information: total fat, cholesterol, sodium, total carbs, dietary fiber, total sugars, protein, calcium, iron and potassium.
Not sure why the differences but this leads me to think the recipes come from many sources on the net.
Air fryer recipes are also included with same meal categories.
To me this is not very lean and green when products come from a can sitting in sodium fluids.

Intro discusses the cuisine of Bulgarian meals.
Each recipe starts with a title and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and some recipes have a lot of ingredients, be sure to have them all.
There is NO nutritional information and NO pictures.
Like learning the differences between Bulgarian soups and the ones I make at home-the ingredients are a bit different.
Love vegetable stew because everything is using fresh ingredients.

Tells you what to substitute for if you don't have what is called for in the recipe.
Strange they have some of the same foods we use here in USA but using their special ingredients.

Hard to find the recipes but they all start with a number.
