Poor Mans Cookbook by C Gibson
Dedication than short intro. Recipes start with a title and a list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions and given. Some recipe have a small color picture. there is NO nutritional information.
Lots of good basic recipes, all in one place, good book to keep handy.






Instant Pot Chicken Recipes: 40 Instant Pot Chicken Recipes full of Antioxidants and Phytochemicals (Instant Chicken Book 1) by Don Orwell
Free gift, site doesn’t work. TOC where recipes are listed under broths, soups, stews, etc.
Intro discusses the author himself and superfoods. Food labels are also included for recipes, allergy, soy free, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, vegan, nut free.
Each recipe starts with a title, some have summary of the dish, servings.
Allergic list,  List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given. Color photo is listed for most of the recipes.
there is NO nutritional information but I’m not seeing canned items, so everything is fresh. I'd use low sodium products.
Quite the variety for chicken dishes in the instant pot. going to try a few myself. Listing of authors other works are listed at the end. link to site for free books is no longer active.
Stews and broths would be my favorite.

Doesn’t state restaurant the recipes are from. Like seafood ones especially.
