Each section of recipes starts with a summary of the recipes included.
Each recipe starts with a title, prep and cook time and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and some nutritional information per serving: calories, fat, carbs, protein and sugar.
There are NO pictures.
Very healthy fresh fruits and vegetables, love the combinations of them in a  drinkable cup.
Bibliography is included.  Very useful book, keep this one handy.

Like combination of spices and herbs, there’s just a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all first.
I'd substitute the beans in cans for real beans soaked overnight, I have the time.

Large amounts of butter that you could probably substitute for low fat products.
Some recipes contain a LARGE amount of ingredients, be sure to have them all before your start cooking.
About the author and their other works are included at the end. Not a big fan of butter and lots of sugar.  Maybe for a party where there is a big crowd and hand out small pieces for a taste.
