Servings are listed and List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some have a LOT of items, be sure to have them all firt.
There is NO nutrtional information and NO pictures.
Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.
VERY flavorful. No listing of recipes in a table of contents.

There are NO pictures.  Love simple omeet as it uses liquid egg whites, very healthy.
Some contain a  LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all before you start.

Intro discusses the Mediterranean diet and all aspects of the lifetyle. Has pictures and diagrams.  Benefits are discussed
Seed allergies and how to subsittue for other foods. Foods that are allowed and should be avoided are listed, shopping list picture also.
Meal plans for 1200 calories per day
Each new chpater and sometimes first recipe have a color picture.
Each recipe starts, NOT always at the top of a new page, with a title, , total times, prep, cook and servings.

Not sure why they don't use fresh tomatoes and dice them up, rather than a can. SO much more sodium in the can.
Some recipes have  LOT of items, be sure to have them all.
Abbreviations are different throughout the book leaning me to think they are from different sources.
